Just because youa365 admin doesn’t give you access to Sharepoint sites. You have to be explicitly added as site collection admin to have full rights to sites. Handled via being owner of s group or through Sharepoint admin. Center.
I am in site collection admin for SharePoint. Also I added my account into group with full access :/
Make sure you have scripting enabled on tenant level. Enable it via SPO Admin Center and wait 24hrs or use Powershell: Set-SPOSite -Identity https://<yourdomain>.sharepoint.com -DenyAddAndCustomizePages $false
