Audience Targeting - Quick Links
I have saw where audience targeting is now available for quick links, but I don't see that option when in edit mode. Is there a step that I'm missing to have that option available?

The roll-out is not yet done everywhere ( see on the roadmap

If already on your tenant, you will see a filter option
