Requirement : For the SharePoint folder "It Service" has documents and if anytime an item has not been modified in over 1 year - move that item automatically to specified folder which is "Archived Docs".
I know that we can achieve this using workflows but is there any other way we can use to achieve the requirement ?
I tried checking retention polices but doesn't help me to move document to custom folder.
It would be great if you can guide me or suggest me to achieve this.
