Schedule Suggestions
I am currently on Office 365 Version 2212 build 15928.20216. For some reason i have stopped receiving scheduling suggestions from VIVA Insights when about to send a mail outside working hours. I don't know what could be the issue.
- I recently got a new laptop with a different build of O365 (Version 2308 - build 16731.20600) - I use the "scheduled send" feature a lot. However, I don't get suggestions anymore on my Outlook Desktop App. I have the Viva Insights add-in and the setting is enabled. I get the prompt, if I use the web browser version of Outlook. Any reason why the prompt isn't showing up though on the desktop Outlook app?
- Are you using cached exchange server? I had that problem and it started working a day after I disabled cached exchange.

I do have the same or similar issue. When working at off hours, sometimes I do get a scedule suggestion, but mostly not. Any help with this?
VI_Migration I am having the same issue. I need the mail tip to show up when someone is outside of office hours or if they are out of office and this seems to work sporadically with no rhyme or reason.

- This issue has not been resolved and I have not been able to find any response that explains how to access "Scheduled Send" if it is not "Suggested"... This first question was posted almost 11 months ago...
RBoegelHas anybody been able to figure out how to schedule send when the Viva Insight message is not around (this is different from Delay Delivery in Outlook which is a lot less efficient & doesn't work without the computer on with Outlook running at the scheduled time)

Hello, wondering if there has been an update to this? I also use the Viva Insights feature to schedule and send emails. I agree that this feature is superior to the Outlook schedule send feature. The thing I discovered is that Viva Insights only prompts three times when you are working after hours. Thereafter, it stops prompting if you want to schedule to send with Viva Insights. It seems this is a limited feature of our plan. We use the A3 plan for Education and I am one of the admins. Could someone please tell me how we can have the ability to use the feature indifferently without having limits? If this is part of a paid add-on, I would like to know the details of the plan that can give us this functionality. Thanks!
