This issue has not been resolved and I have not been able to find any response that explains how to access "Scheduled Send" if it is not "Suggested"... This first question was posted almost 11 months ago...
RBoegelHas anybody been able to figure out how to schedule send when the Viva Insight message is not around (this is different from Delay Delivery in Outlook which is a lot less efficient & doesn't work without the computer on with Outlook running at the scheduled time)
Would love to hear the solution to this : )
