Viva Insights: Why am I not seeing email engagement?

I sent an email 10 days ago to an audience of hundreds, from my work account. I would like to review the engagement, split into 4 categories (highly engaged, moderately engaged, slightly engaged & disengaged), but I cannot find it -- only open rate, deliveries, and forwards. I received these insights on a similar mail I sent in February. Is this data still being generated?

VIVA Insights Schedule Send Option sometimes shows up, sometimes does not. Tried this with same recipients and at the same time on two different occasions. Can we have a permanent option (say within a menu) with VIVA Schedule Send option?

This question is focusing only on Viva insights(Personal Insights) and Viva Engage Insights.

As we know, Viva Engage and Viva Insights are latest extensions available in Microsoft teams and Outlook.
Since we already have graph API and embed tool support for showing viva engage feed(previously yammer), Do we also have similar Graph API support or embed tool for showing viva insights features feed as well as viva engage insights features feed in external Single Page Applications like Angular? If so, could you please elaborate on the same so that it can be helpful for us to utilize it.

Using Viva Insights With Distribution Lists

I'm interested in using Viva Insights to get open rate data for a company newsletter emailed to employees, however we use distribution lists auto-generated by HR, so I don't have each person's email address. Will Viva Insights still provide open-rate data under that scenario?

How do you manually send a scheduled email via VIVA insights?

Viva insights delay send - I use this feature all the time (the pop up on top that allows to schedule send a note). But sometimes the pop up doesn't show up when I need it to - and the Viva Insights does not present the option to schedule send. Is there the option to do this manually through VIVA (not the outlook delay send option, where outlook has to be on in order for item to send) ?

we received one request stating that there is sales report that need to restricted when shared on outside domain. sales report in xlsb format. what is the best way to acheive this. i have tried with file fingerprinting, but when try to upload the file int SIT for fingerpriting it will hang up and page become non responsive.

Please suggest if there is any alternate way to acheive this.

In MS365, a document linked in Meeting Insight opened a different file

Hi Everyone,

I ran into a problem this morning. When I checked a calendar meeting this morning and clicked on the document link in the Meeting Insights section, a different file opened. I was using the Android Outlook APP. When I tried it a 2nd time, the correct file opened.

I am a sys admin and discovered I somehow have access to the document’s OneDrive folder, which is getting modified. Unfortunately, the document that was opened was highly confidential, and we are lucky it happened to me as a confidential employee.

Has anyone seen or heard of this happening? Any ideas on how this could occur or be fixed so it doesn't happen again? I know we can disable the Viva Insight Outlook Add-in organization-wide but I’m looking for a less drastic fix, if possible.

we are facing the issue with read email staus on viva. we have m365e3 licnese assigned to each users. enabled the viva outlook plug in. but i didnt see the email read percentage.

i have tested withe sending couple of internal emails to more than 5 users. but no luck.

can anybody facing this issue.
