I recently got a new laptop with a different build of O365 (Version 2308 - build 16731.20600) - I use the "scheduled send" feature a lot. However, I don't get suggestions anymore on my Outlook Desktop App. I have the Viva Insights add-in and the setting is enabled. I get the prompt, if I use the web browser version of Outlook. Any reason why the prompt isn't showing up though on the desktop Outlook app?

Are you using cached exchange server? I had that problem and it started working a day after I disabled cached exchange.
