Subscription is deleted after trial month
We have a SaaS offer in Appsource. Customers can get a yearly subscription with a one-month free trial. Some of our customers get this yearly subscription and they switch off the auto renew button. Then after a month their subscription is ended by Microsoft because it does not auto renew. I would expect this subscription to last for 1 year (or maybe 1 year + 1 month).
Can this be changed by Microsoft. When a customer gets a yearly subscription, this should last for 1 year and should not stop after a month.
