Verification for partner very difficult, no response from support at all
DykIT2260 Hi can you let me know what you mean by correcting the name? I incorporated my company with a different name than my domain name. Does that mean I have to amend the LLC name?
Community ManagerPaulineN yes, the domain paperwork must match your registered partner account name down to the letter!!
Unfortunately this isn't necessarily true either. There is no guarantee that a matching business name / domain paperwork will get you through.
I've currently renewed my domain just to regenerate an invoice where everything seems to match exact;y. Uploaded that. Portal still says "rejected".
The site doesn't even make sense. Portal says "rejected". Account Verification sidebar says "Document uploaded successfully, please wait 3-5 business days for verification of your document(s)." So which is it? Has it already been rejected instantly? If not, shouldn't it indicate that it's pending? Who knows.
Whole thing is a complete mess.- Something that worked for us is to go to https://lookup.icann.org/en and put it in your business domain. If your domain provider is set to private mode, your admin name, business address, and business phone number will not show. You will need to set it to public mode and check if that matches your Partner Center's contact info.
- Thanks for this suggestion, I actually figured that might have been an issue. I've removed my WhoIs guard, fingers crossed now.
