Unable to complete Partner Center verification – no workspace created (Ref: 715‑123160)
Hi, I am trying to register as a Microsoft Partner, but my verification was blocked with the following message:
Reference number: 715‑123160 Transaction ID: 2a392997-f7e1-4325-842c-04eb313593e5
The issue is that because the enrollment was blocked at the trust‑verification stage, no Partner Center workspace was created, so I cannot open a support ticket. The “Contact Support” link takes me to a page with no option to submit a request.
I am the Global Admin of the tenant.
Could you please escalate this to the Partner Trust & Safety team so they can review my verification and advise on next steps?

I have a similar issue. I have no workspace and the support teams keep closing my support ticket saying my account is authorized. However, without any workspace I cannot proceed with my driver signing. And without a workspace I cannot open a ticket to say I do not have a workspace!?!?

Done that but no response. How do I see the status of my support ticket?

FrontFoot I don't know the answer to that, did you get an email with a ticket number or info on how to track it? I am not part of support in any way so I don't know the interworkings of their systems. It does take the team anywhere from 5-12 days to respond, (I know that's forever). They should touch base with you soon! Please be patient. 🌞

I followed the instructions here and was able to create a ticket. So that solves the problem for not being able to open a ticket without a workspace.
