Done that but no response. How do I see the status of my support ticket?

Community ManagerFrontFoot I don't know the answer to that, did you get an email with a ticket number or info on how to track it? I am not part of support in any way so I don't know the interworkings of their systems. It does take the team anywhere from 5-12 days to respond, (I know that's forever). They should touch base with you soon! Please be patient. 🌞
