Two months stuck in verification with zero actionable feedback.
Unfortunately, that's how the vetting team of MSFT works lately. When they say 'no', the answer is final and they just ignore you for the rest. You would not be able to re-enroll with your current tenant / Partner ID, as it's been blocked. Even escalations to higher level teams and account managers does nothing.
Answer I've received for a partner of ours which was kicked out of the MAICPP and CSP programs without clear reason:

If a partner has been suspended/offboarded without cause, there is no path to be re-instated. We also do not divulge the reasons why a partner is offboarded without cause so the statements provided by the support team is correct and per CELA’s guidance.
The only path forward for these partners are to re-enroll on a new account or tenant. If they are stuck, they need to create a support ticket that is asking for support to unblock vs trying to ask the reason why they have been suspended as Support cannot share why and have to close the ticket with the CELA approved response.
"
Meaning, just start over again with a new tenant.
Thank you for the reply. The issue is we have never been a partner, so we are stuck in the current process. Even the status of CSP is currently pending qualification, but without any mail or way to provide additional documentation to proceed.
