Trying to get passed "email verification"

Hi,

About 2 months ago I signed up for an organization Microsoft development account, however, I've been stuck on "Email verification" ever since. Regardless of how often I press the "fix now" button, I will never receive the email verification email. 

I also tried to contact support with this issue an was assigned a support ticket ID (2504100040007995) but even there I keep running into issues. I cannot seem to view the details of the ticket but I did receive an email a few days ago that my support ticket got closed 🙄

What can I do get unstuck from this ?
