Support with Microsoft Partner Account Verification
Hi everyone,
I am struggling with my company’s verification in the Partner Center and I would really appreciate your help or insights.
My company is registered in Vietnam and our business registration certificate shows both the Vietnamese and the English version of the Vietnamese company name. I have used the English company name in the Partner Center, because we are known internationally by this name. Microsoft keeps rejecting our documents which we use for account verification.
I have submitted the following documents so far:
1.Business registration certificate showing my company’s name in both Vietnamese and English (which obviously differ)
2.Invoice for domain purchase showing my company’s name in Vietnamese
3.Domain registration form showing my company’s name in Vietnamese
4.Screenshot from WHOIS showing my company’s name in Vietnamese
I realized that the company name used in Partner Center and on the attached documents may be an issue. I translated all the Vietnamese documents into English, submitted them to Microsoft by email, and received a request with instructions on how to upload these documents in Partner Center. I was following the instructions, but there was no place where I could reupload these documents, so I contacted Microsoft again. They replied that my issue was ‘under review’ and later I received an email stating that ‘In reviewing your account, we have found that you do not meet Microsoft standards for eligibility. I am unable to provide any additional detail and I will be archiving this ticket’.
This issue is affecting my company’s ability to achieve Microsoft Solution Partner status, which is crucial for our business, and these emails from Microsoft are not helpful. Could anyone provide guidance on how to escalate this issue or successfully resolve it? Has anyone faced similar issues and found a solution?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Hien
I'm afraid there is nothing to be done after they share that messaging with you. :(
If your company doesn't meet their requirements, they will not be able to partner with you. I'm sorry I don't have better news. My suggestion is to move on as you won't be able to get verified at this point unfortunately.

Hi Jill,
So in my case, do you think that when I submitted my original documents in Vietnamese, vetting team will have their own way to translate it into english to understand it or they also need our translation version?
