I have tried appealing. All it did was get someone to send me the following message (see below), which I reply to with the requested documents, and they never respond again (after 2 days or ever). I have submitted everything from our WHOIS to our domain invoice to our articles of incorporation. Can you please help us?
Dear Partner,
Thank you for reaching out. We need to verify that your company owns the domain that you used when you enrolled into Partner Center. According to Microsoft guidelines, we are unable to verify your account until you provide a domain ownership or renewal document from your domain provider. This document must include your company’s name and domain, which should match the details in your partner profile:
We need to verify that your company owns the domain that you used when you enrolled into Partner Center. This can be a WhoIs lookup, or an invoice, purchase receipt for the domain, but it MUST meet the following criteria:
1) List a domain that is an exact match to the one you are enrolling in Partner Center.
2) Include your company’s name (also match the company name you are enrolling into Partner Center)
3) Have a purchase, renewal date not older than 12 months from the current date and not expiring in less than 60 days.
We will follow up in 2 business days if we have not received a response.- JillArmourMicrosoftNov 27, 2024
