Unable to pass Employment Verifcation step in Partner Center
For me its been 1 years, provided all documents and proff still stuck at Business Verification part. Not sure what todo

By the way, the requirements are not clearly specified in the tutorial documents. We still don’t understand why our company does not meet the requirements. The “Fix Me” process always returns the same result, and we don’t know why a legitimate company with an EV certificate cannot meet the enrollment requirements.

In fact, we cannot open any support tickets in Partner Center because we don’t have an active workspace. I finally opened a ticket through the Microsoft Support website. I uploaded all the required documents to them, but after several weeks, they told me that my account is now pending identity verification.
I don’t understand why it has gone back to the identity verification stage, but I completed the process again using the link they provided. I have no idea what will happen next. I feel so frustrated, and the delay in our product deployment has made everyone in our company very annoyed.

I don't know where to log support ticket. Can you guide on how to get support. I am at a point where i can pay for support if my issue gets resolved

JillArmourMicrosoft we have opened multiple tickets. In fact I am actively sitting in the lobby of a Microsoft Support call that was scheduled and no one from Microsoft has bothered to show up to after 45 minutes. I need an actual phone number to call to speak to a live person that can address and fix the issues instead of template copy paste responses that have nothing to do with the problems.
