Community ManagerHow to appeal a rejected partner profile in the verification process
Its my work email.
I've completed the Email ownership part.
Im stuck at Employment verification.
The text: "Your verification is rejected because of usage of restricted domain." is in the Profile Info, Company Details, on the Employment verification step, when i click the Fix Now button. This makes no sense, since i've allready confirmed my Email 😄
My Legal Business Profile is also stuck at this step.
Employment verification step, is rejected, but here it tells me: "Document uploaded successfully, please wait 3-5 business days for verification of your document(s)." This has been 10 days now.
I'm at the point where i'm seriously considering going for Amazon og Goggle instead..
Never experinced anything like this.
That’s the same issue many of us are experiencing and with the same refusal reason.
I can vouch for the Google Partner Advantage Program. It has been a breath of fresh air and the verification process is very sensible compared with the process for the MPP. Furthermore, everything you need to do to reach the various partner levels are not only spelt out for you but they provide clear guidance on how to fulfil the requirements.
I’ve been a Microsoft specialist for well over 20 years but the MPP verification nightmare forced me to take a closer look at Google’s offerings so my business can remain viable.
If Microsoft does not correct this glaring flaw in their verification process, they will be doing Google’s job for them, particularly for startups.
- Thanks for the info here. I've been an ISV on the Microsoft stack since 1996 (oh my I'm old) - I remember looking forward with excitement to that large folder filled with CD's that arrived at the door via MSDN subscription.
Times have changed.
The MS Partner experience now is very different - used to excite me, now it's an exercise in frustration.
