Partner Center enrollment blocked, reference 715-123160

Musatunix Innovations LLC is enrolling in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program to obtain a Partner One ID for verified publisher status.

Enrollment was blocked immediately after accepting the Partner Program / Commercial Marketplace agreements with:

Reference: 715-123160

Note: the Registration Number / EIN field was disabled and could not be entered during enrollment.

Please escalate this to Partner Onboarding / Compliance / Trust & Safety for manual review. I can provide the correlation ID, LLC formation documents, EIN/TIN evidence, domain ownership, and identity documentation through a secure Microsoft channel.

    Hi Jill, thanks for suggestion however the problem is that I can't submit support ticket neither logged in , nor logged out, in Firefox, in Edge: getting this error -
    "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!",
    tried and re-tried over few hours.
    I thought this forum was a way to seek support for partner's registration based on similar messages I've seen, and with the support tickets unable to submit using suggested way, there is no clear path to seek help at all. Maybe you could advise please

      Jill, thank you. I followed the support link you provided and reached the Request info form. However, every submission fails with "There is a problem submitting your request, try again!". 

      I reproduced this in multiple browsers, signed in and signed out, so I still cannot obtain a support ticket.

      Could you please advise on another way to contact Partner enrollment support or escalate this internally?
