Microsoft Partner Center Account Verification Issues - Steps Unresponsive
Has anyone figured this out? The website was super buggy and also very poor feedback on what they need to verify. Now the Fix Now is not available and also got the generic response of "You don't meet criteria but can't tell you why".
This is rediculous because I publish on apple and google app stores no issue.
Has anyone tried completely deleting their account then re-trying, I'm afraid it will hold my LLC hostage and then I wont be able to try again. Also, not sure how to elevate a ticket, there is not help.

No one fixed the problems.
I'm Microsoft Partner since 1995. Last year I founded a new company for Cloud and AI. I tried to get Microsoft Partner with that company too, but the same problems. You do not get any information why you are rejected multiple times.
After creating support calls, they said, that the invoice for my domain must show, the domain is booked for minimum 2 more months. My provider shows only the actual mont on the bill, other screenshots from provider portal that the domain ist booked until 10/2026 are ignored.
Now I tried to start the whole process with my .net domain name. There I have an invoice for the whole year. Again rejected! I did not get an answer yet why, but I think it is because of the name on the invoice. I registered the domain for myself, same address, before the company was founded.
I think, the whole process is done by a stupit bot and nobody cares about the process.
Microsoft does not care about (small) partners anymore.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever sort it out?
I tried uploading documents multiple times and now it's telling me that:
Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.
Not only did they not tell me why the verification failed. They never warned me that there was a limited number of attempts!!!
I even tried to create a new partner account, but I can't use it because my LLC is connected to the first one.
This is unbelievable.
