i think this is a very common problem for everyone now
Something that worked for us is to go to https://lookup.icann.org/en and put it in your business domain. If your domain provider is set to private mode, your admin name, business address, and business phone number will not show. You will need to set it to public mode and check if that matches your Partner Center's contact info.
