It's not just you. I updated my business address and have frustrated with lack of verification ever since. A simple shift of location 2 suburbs away, and now I'm unable to renew my Action Pack subscription. No support, slow site, and extremely frusting process. As it stands, my subscription has expired because I've been waiting TWO MONTHS now. Of course linked to this was the O365 E3 license, so I'm also now getting notifications that my content will be removed due to no active O365 license. Trying to get support is like screaming in the void!

ISV_Or_Not It's a frustrating experience, as when I get a reply, it's canned and they haven't checked the attachments provided. Wish there was some way I could progress this
