ISV Success stuck in Account Verification In Progress although Verification Summary is Verified

Hello,

I am currently trying to complete the ISV Success enrollment for my company (samatAI), but I appear to be stuck in a verification loop.

My current status is:

- Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program = Active

- Legal Business Profile Status = Authorized

- Contact Verification = Verified

- Identity Verification = Verified

- Business Verification = Verified

- Overall Verification Status = Verified

The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Agreement has been accepted.

My user roles are:

- Global Administrator

- Account Administrator

- Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Partner Administrator

Despite all verification checks being completed successfully, ISV Success still shows:

"Unlock valuable benefits by completing account verification"

Status:

"Account Verification In Progress"

In addition, the Partner Center support workflow appears to be broken for my account. When I try to create a support request and select "Review solutions", I am redirected to a generic Microsoft Partner page instead of being able to submit a support case.

My questions are:

1. Is there an additional enrollment or verification step required for ISV Success beyond the verified status shown in Partner Center?

2. Could this be a backend synchronization or enrollment-state issue?

3. Is there a way for Microsoft to verify and refresh the ISV Success enrollment status for my tenant?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
