Issue passing employee verification
Hello all....I'm trying to go through the steps required to enroll. Where I'm at at the moment is rejected at the employee verification step. I've uploaded the requested documentation several times, only to have it rejected each time with no real explanation as to why.
I received a note in the portal saying it had been rejected too many times, and that the verification process would now stop.
This is less than ideal, and I can find no way to reach out to a real person who can explain what I'm doing wrong, and can help me resolve it and move forward.
