identity verification is pending for more than 12 days
Hello,
I am trying to register my organization in Microsoft Partner.
My Current vetting status of the "identity verification" is pending for more than 12 days.
By #1, we created a request ticket but only got a " Your question was successfully submitted to Microsoft Support TrackingID" email.
I called in Microsoft support but I cannot reach any person to talk to.
Could anyone give me some guide, please?
thank you
#1 Verify your account information - Partner Center | Microsoft LearnVerification: Verification usually takes 3-5 business days. If more than five days have passed, you can contact support for assistance.
I finally passed the verification process and I would like to share my experience to the community:
The biggest problem for me is the 'identity verification'. We tried our ID card (in Traditional Chinese) but cannot pass the 'identity verification'. I guess there is a locale issue in the verification part.
Here is my workaround: I use my passport and the Au10tix recognized my surname and given name in English and I changed my contact info to the same surname and given name. Problem solved, I passed all the verification process and my vetting status becomes Authorized now.

minhuachen you are doing everything correctly, it just takes time for support to respond. There is no call center or any way to reach support via phone, submitting a ticket is the only way to work with them.
Hang in there!!
- minhuachenCopper ContributorThank you and I have got a response email from Microsoft Support and it says that the review is WIP.
We will wait for the update- minhuachenCopper Contributor
