I'm sorry this is not a support portal, they are not connected to this space, I don't have access to that team or their systems. The only way to move forward is to log a support ticket. Please keep trying. Best of luck!

There is no manual process or call center available I'm afraid. All I can do is guide you to the right resource which is the support ticket portal. Sorry I don't have better news. :(
