Enrollment blocked by trust evaluation (Ref 715-123160) — cannot open a support ticket, no workspace

Unfortunately, I didn't select the correct Issue Type. It's not Password recover but I didn't find where to select the issue type in the form. Anyway, the explanations will give you the details of the problem.
