Enrollment blocked by "Runs on Trust" cannot open ticket,please escalate to Partner Trust & Safety
Hi — my MAICPP enrollment was blocked at the trust-verification stage: "Microsoft runs on trust… your request was blocked," reference number 715-123160 (transaction ID displayed as "undefined"). Because it blocked before a workspace was created, I cannot open a support ticket — the Contact Support flow has no submit option. I am the Global Admin of the tenant. Could you please escalate to the Partner Trust & Safety team to review my verification and advise next steps?

Hi JDS1, this kind of 715-123160 trust block usually needs Partner Center support or Trust and Safety review; the community cannot directly clear it. Since the workspace was not created, collect the tenant ID, legal entity name, screenshots, timestamp, and any registration documents, then use any available Partner Center support path or Microsoft support contact to request manual review. Avoid creating repeated enrollments because that can make the verification trail harder to review.
