Endless Issue with Employment Verification in Microsoft Partner Program

Hi Microsoft, I have been stuck for weeks in my verification... I made that process before and was be able to upload my app, but now to make updates I need to verify again... The platform is locked for multiple tries and now I am in real trouble.

Also, 3 days ago I put a ticket but when I go to detail of the ticket, I see this issue..

I found Partner Microsoft painful, I don't understand what's the standard quality in the company but nothing works... There is someone who can give me a hand and help me validate my information manually. I can send all the documentation that you need, my company is a self-propership register in Ontario, Canada... I am the only employee, my app is Boxvy and I am distributing it using the Microsoft Store.
