Developer Employment Verification stuck at Rejected (Pending Partner Action)

Hello Community Managers,

our almost 10-years-old active Windows Hardware Developer Account (SellerID 33743350) is completely blocked. After updating our company information to exactly match to our legal entity and identify myself, we received an email to upload documents, but this email links to the legal info page, and there is no possibility to upload anything. Can a Community Manager please escalate this case manually to the Vetting Operations Team, so we can submit our official Commercial Register extract (Handelsregisterauszug)?
