Developer account suspended
Hello
we've been trying to reactivate our developer account for hours. We haven't used it for years, but now we'd like to submit some of our Windows tools to the Store.
When we try to do this in Partner Center, we get the message:
"Our records indicate that you have already enrolled into this program and your account is in suspended status."
We're supposed to create a support ticket, but it's not possible, as there is no "marketplace" to be selected in the mandatory list field. After we managed to skip the Marketplace issue, the message came:
"You can't create a support request for this topic because you do not have access to the Account Settings workspace."
So, we found an e-mail address for Microsoft Support Germany (email address removed for privacy reasons). Sent an e-mail instantly we received an automated reply with solutions, but nothing even close to what we need. No way to contact someone directly/personally.
Could FINALLY somebody help from this company!? It's unbelievable how buggy the partner center is!
Thanks!

AscompSoftware you do not have to be signed into partner center to submit a support ticket.
Submit here, fill out what best fits your situation best and click next. You should see a "create support request" at the bottom right side of your screen.
That should get you started. They should respond back to you within 3 business days. Please be patient.
Alternatively, you can reach out via phone to submit a support ticket at Support for Business or Support for Business Telephone Numbers .

Sorry you have had a tough experience, good luck!
- sssalek52Copper ContributorHello,
I have the exact same problem, and I've followed the link suggested link (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1), but I do not see "Create support request", the button shows up as "Review solutions", which is useless to me as I cannot create a ticket or speak to anyone.
I've spent the last few weeks trying to get in contact with someone or create a support ticket, and it seems impossible. How can this be so difficult?
I have to say, the Partner Center truly has the worst developer experience, and that's putting it mildly.- JillArmourMicrosoft

Yes, click review solutions button and then the next page should have the create support request button on it.
