Community ManagerAscompSoftware you do not have to be signed into partner center to submit a support ticket.
Submit here, fill out what best fits your situation best and click next. You should see a "create support request" at the bottom right side of your screen.
That should get you started. They should respond back to you within 3 business days. Please be patient.
Alternatively, you can reach out via phone to submit a support ticket at Support for Business or Support for Business Telephone Numbers .
