CSP Verification in loop
Hello, I'm trying to verify my business for the CSP program, but I'm stuck in the same loop. Every support representative asks for the same documents, and I send them again and again. But nothing is fixed. It feels like I'm talking to a robot, not a human.
I’m just looking for someone to actually review my case, not reset it every time. It’s honestly been really frustrating, and I’d really appreciate it if this could be escalated to someone who can help break the cycle and get this resolved.
Thanks in advance.

Microsoft is reviewing their partnerships across the globe. They announced major changes to this and I believe they put all new partner onboardings on-hold (not 100% sure though).
If you're a CSP Indirect Reseller, the best way to proceed is to contact a CSP Distributor and ask them for support with the onboarding process. They could log a ticket in your name and/or escalate to their Microsoft contacts for help as well.

I'm going through the exact same thing right now, it's been almost a month now with zero progress.

What is the response you are getting from support? I am not part of the vetting team or the support team but I can possibly guide you based on their response. It seems you aren't providing them with the documents they need to verify you.

I can confirm that this is a chronic issue with a lot of partners right now, myself included. In my instance, the emails are requesting a "Copy of original paid domain registration receipt from the registrar that includes the domain name, the owner of the domain, the date it was registered, duration of registration, and the name of the registrar."
I've submitted this very document, with all the required information FOUR TIMES in the last two months and I get zero progress. The first three times it failed without explanation (just the same request again), and this last time it apparently was accepted as I have a green check mark next to "Partner" in the Legal Info section, but now under "Program Info" it just says "Pending Qualification". I just got an email a few days ago that said was asking for the same thing, a domain receipt, but now that I have a green check next to "Partner", there is no "Fix Now" button available for me to click to submit the document for the fifth time. Not that it would make a difference, as I have come to find.
There needs to be a better process for this, my company was approved by Amazon and two other distributors/providers within 24 HOURS and the verification requirements are nearly identical. The support teams that MS is outsourcing to need to understand the problems partners are facing better because the one team I actually got to set an appointment with me seemed completely clueless to what they were assisting with. It was "escalated" but that was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since.
Two months later and I still have no access to the "Customers" section of Partner Center despite being enrolled in the CSP program and assigned an MPN, nor do I have the Admin Agent role in Entra that I can assign myself to get that access. I also am not able to connect with an Indirect Provider at this stage.
It's not just me, there are a lot of partners experiencing this same issue and not all of them take to the forums to voice their displeasure.
