CSP Program enrollment was DEACTIVATED
We are an active Microsoft reseller in the AI Cloud Partner Program. We were also enrolled in the CSP Indirect Reseller Program.
Last year, our CSP enrollment was DEACTIVATED (not SUSPENDED and not TERMINATED). Of course, we got the typical response on our tickets when asking WHY we were deactivated stating that MS can walk away with no explanation.
We BELIEVE it is because we had not sold at least $1000 in the previous 12 month period.
Everything I read states that we can re-enroll 12 months after our "onboarding date" which I am not sure what that date is. We were deactivated around October 2025.
The "Learn More" link doesn't really help, and focuses mostly on SUSPENSIONS which I believe is different. Even using that link, none of the reasons for a suspension apply to us other than the "program requirements" which is where the $1000 minimum comes from.
Can anyone offer some additional guidance here?

Your screenshot explicitly says the CSP registration is deactivated, while MAICPP membership remains active, so those statuses should not be treated as interchangeable. Microsoft evaluates indirect-reseller authorization at the Partner Location Account level, including at least USD 1,000 in qualifying CSP revenue during the preceding twelve months. Ask your distributor for the revenue attributed to the exact PLA rather than your organization's total sales. Also verify the signed partner agreement, security requirements and the original CSP onboarding month. The current public eligibility page ties annual assessment to that onboarding month; it does not establish that your October 2025 deactivation date is the relevant anniversary or guarantee automatic reenrollment twelve months later. Update your existing support case requesting the recorded onboarding date, the specific failed requirement and the applicable reenrollment route for that PLA. Avoid creating another tenant or location simply to bypass the inactive registration.
