Can't pass Employment Verification phase
Cant pass Employment Verification phase. "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." We have provided a Cloudflare domain invoice that includes the domain name, exact company name, my name, exact company address, and it is dated within the last 12 months. I have used the "Fix Now" option multiple times and exhausted all attempts. After that, I have been going back and forth with a real person for weeks, but their responses seem to be generic and often incomplete email templates. The last time I tried, I put together what I thought was the ultimate helpful email, laying out all the required information in the clearest way possible. I attached three documents with all the requested details and even more supporting information. After waiting a week, I received a response that simply said: "This application is insufficient for the requirements of the program." I never received any further information or assistance in any of the previous emails, and I am completely in the dark. I have read multiple posts in the community, and it seems like many people are facing the same issue. Is there any actual solution to this, or should I just give up now? I have tried with several accounts and lost a few hundred dollars in the process. I also read that they do not even refund non-verified accounts. It feels like outright fraud. I need help. Should I have any hope, or is this a lost cause?

Your experience directly mirrors mine, a discussion with microsoft (after raising a ticket with general membership to raise a complaint) revealed that this problem is so endemic, they have had internal meetings, about the poor performance of the Vetting Operations Support team.
We're on two months now, and we are still not verified, responses from "Sweta S" are at best, vague, and always hugely delayed, normally a fortnight - the MPN team are alive to the issue, but nothing is being done about it seemingly.
Have you managed to get sorted since this post? - JillArmourMicrosoft

If your company doesn't meet the criteria for partnership, I don't think there is anything additional you can do to move forward. I'm sorry to bring you bad news. :(

I also sent legitimate Cloudflare documents for DNS verification and support did not approve yet. I sent back more documents, I hope it helps but it takes days between each back and forth and document sending. Would be good to just be able to talk in a chat with a real human during some specific hour for example and have it done straight away, the whole process is very very complicated, slow, and starting to be quite irritating. Most government processes are way more simple than this.
Also had to switch between three websites and menus are very hard to find:
Entra: asking for a partner ID (but that's not straightfoward had to dig for an afternoon to understand why it did not work) to be able to use OAuth with external Microsoft accounts
Azure: to create a subscription
Partner: to create a partner ID (have to click on account settings and legal infos), which is really not that easy to find.
Finally on Partner Website -> Legal Infos you have partner and developer verification:For now for me Partner fails without any details. I am just guessing that you need to verify developer first before verifying partner. Let's see.
