Hi, this kind of issue usually needs Partner Trust/Safety manual review rather than normal troubleshooting. Keep your legal company documents, tenant ID, transaction ID, and registered business address ready. I would avoid creating multiple new enrollments and instead ask support or a Microsoft moderator to route the existing case to the vetting team
