What is the best practice to share a calendar with other colleagues without opening up the "past"
I want to learn the best practice to share the office365 calendar of Managing Directors in my company - but without sharing all of the past details.
The goal is that employees can see the title/location of new entries BUT cannot access the whole calendar history. Could anyone suggest the best practice to achieve this?
