what is Outlook Groups App in Conditional Access

I have a question about the conditional access setting.

I want to set the conditional access policy of outlook (include web and client app).

I saw there have a cloud app "Outlook Groups",

does this app have some affections on the Microsoft outlook client app?

As I know, there is no need to choose this app in the conditional access setting of outlook.
