Unable to reply for received email

Facing an issue in outlook only - windows, unable to reply for a received email ( We wont able to deliver this message). Tried clearing address book, updating outlook still same.

    Hi Lisa, Thanks for the advice. If we clear and manually type the email id, there's no issue. However, for the same email if we reply, then the msg comes(we won't able to deliver....) and no conflicts. Thanks

    • The autocomplete file might be corrupted, that's what is the memory when  you type an email.

        ok, so how we can resolve without creating new profile because the user is not allowing to delete and create. I tried other all, still the issue persists.

  • Hi Shabin, this error can be caused from many issues. The last person I helped actually had a odd calendar entry that was the root cause. I had to dig deep into it to figure it out. You can try finding that person's email in your search and see if you can find any conflicts. If none, you can delete that email from your autocomplete entries (click on the X next to their name after typing), see if that helps. Let me know if these help you resolve the issue. If not, I'll see what else I can come up with.
