The New Outlook Notifications for email with rules not working. Missing features

Though not at such a scale, I've also run into missed e-mails because I didn't receive a notification when said new e-mail was automatically put into a folder through a rule.
tb_ee I've now switches back to the classic app and was still having issues. Then realized the rules were still online and running, overriding my rules in classic outlook. Had to rebuild all the rules in outlook and turn them off online.
