Shared Adress Library on all devices

Hi,

I have an office with 12 employees and a 365 Business E5 licence each. We are migrating to 365 right now, but I am having trouble finding a good solution for our contacts.

We have about 2000 external contacts. We want to be able to access and edit this pool of contacts from all devices (Outlook, Outlook Web, Outlook on Mac and Outlook on Iphone / Android). Whats the right solution for this?

From what I understand

• the Global Adress List is only editable by the admins and
• public folders are not supportet on mobile devices.

Are there any other options? I'm a bit puzzled why this is so difficult, this seems like a pretty usual use case to me...
