Rule based on Focused group
Is it possible to base a rule on messages under the Foucsed tab only? Say I am going away and forwarding all my mail, I would like to specify that only mail under the focused tab is forwarded.

The way focused inbox works is by ONLY acting after Inbox rules have been applied. So I don't think it will be possible. TonyRedmond wrote a detailed article on Focused inbox a while back, perhaps he knows better :)
Rules run before the Focused Inbox kicks into action. The idea is that you made an explicit decision about how to deal with specific email via a rule so the FI doesn't need to filter those messages.
TonyRedmond That's too bad, because if you could run a rule you could also solve the issue of the unread badge count for "other" being included.
