When filling out the form, be sure to provide as much information as possible, even if you are unsure about some of the questions. The more information you can provide, the better your chances of successfully recovering your account.

Here are some tips for filling out the account recovery form:

• If you remember any of the email addresses that you have sent or received emails from, be sure to include them in the form.
• If you remember any of the subject lines of the emails that you have sent or received, be sure to include them in the form.
• If you have any devices that you have used to log into your Outlook account in the past, try logging in to your account on those devices. If you are able to log in to your account on a device that you have used to log in to your account in the past, Microsoft may be able to help you recover your account.

If you are unable to recover your account using the form, contact Microsoft support for assistance.
However, keep in mind that Microsoft may not be able to help you if you do not have access to any other information that can be used to verify your ownership of the account, such as a device that you have used to log into your account in the past.
