Outlook Classic Crashes
Hi Lisa, now the user is using New outlook, it has no issue, but he want outlook classic. If i remove profile is this will affect the new outlook also?
Interesting question! I will create a post about that with my latest results. A while back, New Outlook and Outlook Classic did not talk to each other but lately I have seen them working together with accounts. Not with all my clients but on occasion, so I make sure the data is backed up if local and the users have their passwords in case we have to add the accounts back in again on either program.
For your answer: I never remove profiles, I make new ones and leave the old ones in case I need data from it or if the new one fails I can revert back. Just a pro tip there!

Thanks a lot! Let me try to create another profile for Outlook Classic with 50GB and one year data then will update you.

Outlook defaults to 1 year, so that's about 10 gigs of data or less. No need to try to fiddle with 50 gigs.
