New desktop outlook do not show incoming message in conversation
Hello. I would like to ask you about solution for this problem in new Outlook.
I send message and i got reply for this message. This message i see as conversation in Inbox. When i collapse this conversation, i see only my original message, not reply message. But reply message I see only in header in list of mail, i can't open this message. Where can be problem? Thx

I tried to switch viewing of messages from group messages by conversation to group messages by thread inside conversation subsequently the message that could not be opened could now be opened, so far it seems to be working.
However, I don't want to look forward just yet.
I tried to switch view of messages. Messages was showed in this option - group messages by conversation. When i switch to group messages by threads inside conversation, after that, subsequently the message that could not be opened could now be opened, so far it seems to be working
This sounds like a frustrating issue. I'd check whether Conversation View is enabled for both the message list and reading pane, and also test the same mailbox in Outlook Web. If the conversation appears correctly there but not in the new Outlook desktop app, it may be a client-side bug introduced in a recent update rather than a mailbox issue.
Hi, first test the same mailbox in Outlook on the web. If it works there, the mailbox is likely fine and new Outlook’s view/cache is the issue. Toggle conversation view off/on, change newest-on-top sorting, and try removing/re-adding the account. Classic Outlook/web can be a temporary workaround.
that doesn't seem to be a good workaround. It should work on the new Outlook. Is this something Microsoft can fix?
