Hi, first test the same mailbox in Outlook on the web. If it works there, the mailbox is likely fine and new Outlookâs view/cache is the issue. Toggle conversation view off/on, change newest-on-top sorting, and try removing/re-adding the account. Classic Outlook/web can be a temporary workaround.
that doesn't seem to be a good workaround. It should work on the new Outlook. Is this something Microsoft can fix?
