Making updates in iOS Outlook to do not update in PC local Outlook
I have an Exchange user who's having an issue with the PC Outlook app not syncing any changes made with the iOS Outlook app on their phone. However, the changes made in the PC app do sync with the iOS Outlook. I've also noticed that changes from both are shown in the Web version of Outlook. The changes they make are deleting emails, moving emails to folders, or in some cases emails sent. Here is some troubleshooting I've done so far:
-Reinstall O365 on PC and iOS device
-Remove and recreate Data File on PC
-Updates on both devices
Any ideas on why this is occurring?

rcharberson Same thing here. Started when the staff began updating the Outlook Mobile app on their devices yesterday. Between their devices, the changes to their Inbox, calendar, etc. is reflected, just not in the Outlook for Windows app. Mine of course is working properly ...
