Filter Mailing List
In outlook each contact has been given a category/s. I want to prepare a mailing list using a Category filter to select only those contacts that share that category. The mailing filter lists all the field names but does not include Category. I can filter the View to see just the selected Category contacts but then cannot access this View to use as my data source.
There must be a way to select just the contacts with the right Category to use in my mailing list.
How do I go about it?
