Email recovery system is a failure

So...where do i start.

I have made an email adress(outlook one) and changed my email adress in every app i have.

The thing is,when i made the email adress i was not sure which email to put as a recovery one,and at that time i had a satellite phone number,meaning i havent put any numbers as recovery aswell.

I am logged in over yahoo to my outlook mail but i cannot manage it,since it is a third party email.

I have been trying every day (2 times) to recover my email but all the data that i have provided including passwords used,last sent emails,and subjects werent enough for the recovery bot to validate that it is mine.

I know that when it comes to other emails,it is possible to get ownership by sending the ID card,or you can contact the customer support.I am trying to understand why microsoft made it all complicated.

So yeah i really do not know what to do.
