Can I have different Stationary based on send as address?
One of our Power Users sends as 3 accounts. He often finds himself forgetting to change the send as address. Is there a way for the Stationary to show a different background based on the send as account? Any other suggestions of differentiation based on some type of color coding would also be welcome suggestions!

Yes,
I have explored that option with him. He still wanted me to pursue some sort of color coding system. I guess the signatures were not enough.
As there is no such built-in Outlook feature he has to hire someone to create an Outlook add-in.
