Automatic Replies in Outlook - Insert Image n/a - PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!

Click: File > Auto. Reply > Send Auto. Replies and fill out your reply.
To add a photo, you need to select "rules" > "Add Rule" and check the box that says "Sent directly to me".
To add your photo, at the bottom you'll need to check the box that says "Reply with" and click "Template".
This will open an email box, that you can add your signature and message to WITH photos, then hit "save" and "x" out. When someone sends you a message, they will receive whatever you had entered into the "template" email, pictures included. Worked for me! May not work for you.
